1 bag Prana Medjool Dates, roughly 20 large dates

1/4 cup Prana Italian Hazelnut Butter

1/3 cup Prana Vegan Chocolate Buttons

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 cup Prana Edamame Mix

1 tsp coarse salt for garnish, if desired
Directions
Line a cutting board or flat plate with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt the chocolate and olive oil in the microwave or over a double boiler. Set aside.
Pit the dates and arrange them on the parchment in a square (5 across, 4 rows). Cover with another parchment sheet and flatten using your hands or a rolling pin. Remove the top parchment carefully.
Spread hazelnut butter evenly over the dates. Sprinkle half the edamame trail mix (1/2 cup) on top.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the bar, covering as much as possible. Add the remaining edamame trail mix (1/2 cup) and sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up. Slice into 9 squares.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later. Thaw for 30 minutes before eating for the best texture. Enjoy!
