Ingredients

½ cup PRANA organic fair trade cane sugar

1 cup filtered water

1 tsp PRANA organic fair trade ground Ceylon true cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp cardamom

3 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 or 2 shots espresso (depending on how strong you want it)

2 tbsp pumpkin spice syrup

½ cup hot almond milk

Dollop vegan whipped cream (optional)

Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Directions
In a small pot, mix all ingredients together except the pumpkin puree. Bring to a slight boil and stir to help dissolve the sugar.
Mix in the pumpkin puree using a whisk.
Let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
Store for up to 3 weeks.
Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Put the espresso and the Pumpkin Spice Syrup together in a mug and stir.
Add the almond milk and whipped cream.
