Hummus is an excellent choice when it comes to snacking. Hummus is both tasty and nourishing. Chickpeas are high in protein and fiber, a good choice to help you feel satisfied. Try dipping your favourite vegetables, breads or dress up your sandwich using hummus as a spread.

1 -2 garlic cloves Juice of one lemon

Zest of half lemon

1 handful fresh cilantro

1 tsp ground cumin seeds

3 tbsp tahini paste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy with pita or with raw vegetables!
