Cashews are as good seasoned and roasted as they are raw. To make this delicious and portable snack, all you need is some turmeric, sesame seeds and chili powder. Spiced nuts also make a great topping for salads and can be chopped to add texture to soups. These will keep for up to 10 days in a sealed container, but we bet you'll finish them long before that!

¼ tsp sea salt

1 tbsp PRANA organic whole sesame seeds

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp organic ground turmeric

2 cups PRANA organic non-roasted cashews

½ tbsp PRANA organic coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Use a mortar and pestle to crush and mix salt, sesame seeds, chili powder and turmeric.
In a bowl, mix cashews, coconut oil and spice mix.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake 5 to 10 minutes.
Let cool completely before enjoying!
