The ultimate refreshing summer treat, Hazelnut Mocha Latte Fudgesicles made with our delicious cacao powder and Italian hazelnut butter. If you love chocolate, coffee, hazelnuts and ice cream then you are going to love these ice pops made with simple and healthy ingredients.
Ingrédients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup plant-based yogurt or unflavoured Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup

1 shot of espresso

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup Italian hazelnut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk

1/2 cup plant-based yogurt or unflavoured Greek yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Hazelnut mocha layer
Vanilla layer
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients of each layer together in a bowl.
- Add a few spoons of each layer to your popsicle mold, alternating between the hazelnut mocha layer and vanilla layer until the mold is filled.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the layers together for a marble effect.
- Add popsicle sticks and place in the freezer overnight.
- When you’re ready to eat the popsicles run the popsicle mold under warm water for 30-60 seconds to help release the popsicles.
