Ingredients

⅔ cup Prana dark chocolate

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (deodorized or not)

½ cup Prana Granolove Protein Almond Butter

¼ cup frozen blueberries

3 tbsp Prana almond butter
Directions
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a double boiler until smooth. The oil helps liquefy the chocolate, making it easier to spread.
Meanwhile, line a small rectangular dish with parchment paper. Pour about ⅔ of the melted chocolate into the bottom of the dish to form an even base layer.
Sprinkle evenly with Granolove Protein Almond Butter and frozen blueberries. Add small spoonfuls of almond butter throughout for extra creaminess.
Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, ensuring everything is fully coated and sealed with a generous chocolate layer.
Place in the freezer for 5 minutes, or until set. Remove from the pan and peel away the parchment paper. Cut into 4 to 5 slices.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. The granola will remain crunchy even when refrigerated.
