If I had to choose 3 items to live on a desert island with, Chia seeds would be one of them. Chia is an excellent source of energy, great for digestion and has a considerable amount of omegas. This vinaigrette is an easy way to integrate chia into your everyday diet!
Ingrédients

3/4 cups olive oil
-
3/4 cup fresh squeezed clementine juice

1/4 cup honey
-
1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 lime zest
Instructions
Squeeze the orange juice into a mason jar and throw in the chia seeds.
Shake well and let sit for 20 minutes.
Throw in all remaining ingredients and shake again
Serve!
