A super simple pizza recipe that's perfect for a light lunch or quick dinner.
Ingrédients

1 clove garlic

½ cup tomato sauce
-
1 tsp maple syrup
-
1 tomato
-
1 zucchini
-
4 artichoke hearts
-
¼ cup PRANA organic raw walnuts

1 tbsp olive oil
-
½ tsp ground cumin
-
1 pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper
-
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
-
4 naan breads
-
½ cup Kalamata olives
-
A few leaves of fresh basil
-
2 tbsp pesto (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Grate garlic clove and mix with tomato sauce and maple syrup.
Thinly slice tomato and zucchini. Quarter artichoke hearts and chop walnuts.
In a salad bowl, gently toss vegetables and nuts with olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Add nutritional yeast and mix.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over naan breads, then top with vegetable-nut mixture. Sprinkle with olives.
Bake 15 minutes, then broil 3 minutes more. Let cool a few minutes and decorate with basil. Drizzle with pesto, if using.
