A creamy, spiced smoothie inspired by Middle Eastern flavours
This halva-inspired shake is naturally sweet, rich in flavour, and full of wholesome ingredients. Made with tahini, dates, banana and cardamom, it tastes like dessert but feels nourishing. Perfect for a refreshing breakfast, snack or post-meal treat!

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

3 tbsp tahini
-
2–3 pitted Medjool dates

Seeds of 3 cardamom pods

¾ cup water

2–3 ice cubes

2 pinches cinnamon (1 for blending, 1 for topping)
Directions
In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, tahini, dates, cardamom, water, ice, and 1 pinch of cinnamon.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass, top with the remaining pinch of cinnamon, and enjoy fresh!
