With its bright pink colour, this smoothie is as delicious as it looks. Hemp seeds are a great source of protein and blending them up in a smoothie is a great way to get your daily fix.
Ingredients

1 beet 2 cups filtered water

2 tbsp PRANA organic shelled hemp seeds

1 ½ cup raspberries
-
½ lemon, juice of
-
¼ avocado
-
2 PRANA organic Medjool dates
-
Fresh ginger, to taste
Directions
Peel and cut the beet into small pieces (or grate). *We recommend wearing gloves to avoid staining your hands.
Grate the ginger and remove the pits from the dates.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
