Ingredients

2 oranges

1 apple

1 carrot

1 tbsp of fresh ginger

1 lemon

4 PRANA organic Brazil nuts

2 tbsp of maple syrup

1/2 tbsp of fresh turmeric (optional)

1/4 to 1/2 cup of water
Directions
Soak the Brazil nuts overnight in a small amount of water. Rinse. Peel the oranges and lemon and remove the seeds.
Peel, then core and chop the apple. Peel and chop the carrot.
Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender, adding water to your desired consistency.
