Considering it's something you might be trying to prepare pre-coffee, we think breakfast should be as quick and easy as possible! And there are few things easier to whip up and have on hand for early mornings than overnight oats. Prepared the night before, the oats slowly soak up the liquid as you sleep, making for a delectable and healthy breakfast right when you want it. If you haven't tried preparing overnight oats yet, this recipe is a great place to start. We love having something like this in the fridge on hand for super busy mornings. The base to all of our overnight oat recipes are essentially the same: oats, chia seeds, a drizzle of maple syrup and the nut milk of your choice. It's in the topping department where you can get creative! From berries and bananas to nuts, nut butters and cacao powder, the possibilities are practically endless. Prepared in mini Mason jars, they also make a portable, filling and healthy snack that can be added to your child's lunches. We have a few recipes available on our site, but this one is extra summery! Beloved for their nutritional superpowers and numerous health benefits, chia seeds are an unbeatable addition to your diet. Our all-star Proactivchia is an exclusive blend of probiotics and organic chia seeds, making it a 2-in-1 healthy addition to all kinds of dishes!
