This is the easiest, fastest and certainly the most nutritious jam recipe out there. All you need are chia seeds, fruit purée, and maple syrup - that's it. Since this recipe doesn't require any cooking, all the health benefits of each ingredient are left intact. While commercially produced jam can be delicious, it's not particularly healthy. And, it usually contains a significant amount of refined white sugar. Meanwhile, this jam has the added benefits of chia seeds, which are complete vegetable protein and a great source of important omega-3 fatty acids. When making a chia seed jam, the possibilities are endless! This recipe can be reused and reinvented in a great number of ways by changing the choice of fruit (try mangoes, apricots, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or blackberries). It can also be made in smaller quantities, so you can have a new type of jam with your breakfast every few days!

-
3 tbsp PRANA organic whole black ProactivChia seeds
