1 apple of choice (Honeycrisp recommended)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

Almond butter

Optional: pumpkin seeds for topping
Directions
Toast the bread until golden.
Cut the apple into small cubes.
In a pan, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well.
